Every year, one of our clients holds their global management conference at a location near where they have a factory. Being a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial, purpose spun polyester sewing and embroidery threads and consumer needlecraft products, means that their annual conference takes them around the world to some interesting places.
Adrian recently travelled to Macau for two days to view a hotel where we will be working a little later in the year.
We provided set, stage, AV, video, graphics, branding and signage to help facilitate this week long training event which incorporated many different Tax training courses for the staff of one of the leading professional services networks in the world.
Working in The Pullman and Shaw Theatre, St Pancras, London we provided a full set and AV solution as well as graphics, branding and signage for this industry leading 3 day event.
Working closely with one of the leading professional services networks in the world we helped them put on this event of 2 halves. The first half was internal and then second half gave an opportunity for clients to gain knowledge and network with people from other companies as well as consultants.
This year's conference was held at the Runnymede-on-Thames hotel in Surrey. We worked along side the Coats in-house communications team and management team helping ensure that this annual event was a success. We supplied set and AV equipment as well as technical and graphics operation.
We travelled to Munich as part of a wider agency team to help facilitate a medical symposium by offering PowerPoint support, technical support and directon.
Last week saw 12 of us back at the W Hotel in Barcelona. We were supplying the set, stage, AV, event production and on-site video recording and editing for a Global HR Leaders Symposium and the sun was shining.
