Global Transfer Pricing Conference 2014

Working closely with one of the leading professional services networks in the world we helped them put on this event of 2 halves. The first half was internal and then second half gave an opportunity for clients to gain knowledge and network with people from other companies as well as consultants.

 

The requirements outside of the main room were fluid, so our 16 strong team were kept on their toes. We did not log every change but I am sure that if we kept a record of every last minute projector, sound or flipchart request the list would have run to several pages. Flexibility and understanding the clients needs to the full were the key to making this project a success.

All this took place over a week in Montreux, Switzerland, across 3 hotels.
