Every year, one of our clients holds their global management conference at a location near where they have a factory. Being a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial, purpose spun polyester sewing and embroidery threads and consumer needlecraft products, means that their annual conference takes them around the world to some interesting places.
This year we were in Macau, having to liaise with a local Hong Kong AV supplier. A team of four managed this event, covering the roles of A/V director, voting equipment operator, cameraman and video editor.
We used our Reply Plus voting handsets throughout the event for questions and instant feedback. Our cameraman filmed the event from start to finish, as well as all of evening activites, day trips and awards ceremonies. This was edited on site to produce an end-of-show video as well as various post-event materials.
