In September the Cypher team were hard at work providing assistance at the Global Indirect Taxes Conference hosted at the Hilton Diagonal, Barcelona... And we've not stopped since then!
The Indirect Taxes Conference is a relatively short event compared to what we're used to, but that doesn't make it any less intense. Our team of 25 flew out to assist on this short & snappy 2 day-event.
Our main room consisted of a huge, bespoke set fit with two 16:9 rear-projection screens - flanked and centred by stunning branded set panels & light boxes. A 12m x 3m stage was added to allow for panel sessions with larger groups of speakers & presenters. We also provided branded lecterns fit with podium microphones if presenters preferred this over a handheld or headset microphone.
"ITX Fair & Demo Area"
At this event, the organisers asked us if we could provide a "fair area", a space where delegates could plug in their laptops and demo tech and software that their team had been working on. We created this area by providing 12 55" screens on stands with cocktail tables and colour brand-approved stools at each 'demo area'. A 35M white draping kit was used around the perimeter of the room to allow us to shine colourful uplighters for added atmosphere.
