It’s loading time! Months of preparation has led up to this years Indirect Taxes Conference, and its finally time to pack our things and get over there! x2 45ft articulated lorries will be making their way over 1400 miles to the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, carrying the huge amount of kit that is required for this event; But why exactly are we taking so much kit with us…?
This years ITX Conference is without a doubt the most challenging, yet rewarding build we’ve ever taken on here at Cypher Media. We’re planning on a complete transformation from carpark to conference space, this includes one main room, 9 breakout ‘pods’ all sectioned by draping, fit with all the relevant safety features, exits and lights. With a longer than average build, our set crew and locals will be rigging from Saturday until Tuesday, getting busy with A/V right the way to carpeting the floors. We’re excited to share before and after pictures, truly showing off what we’re capable of.
