Investors’ Forum – Geneva 2026

25 March 2026

It’s that time of the year again! The Cypher team kicks into gear for the annual Investors’ Forum. As the Investors’ Forum is the annual flagship event for our client, recognised throughout the industry for its quality of its content and the calibre of its delegates, getting every detail right is critical.

The Plenary Room

The plenary space was built around a striking super-wide projection setup, featuring an 8m × 2.75m blended front projection screen, flanked by two 3m × 2m LED walls used for sponsor branding, content, and interactive elements. The stage itself measured 10m × 2.5m, finished in blue carpet with clean trim. This was complemented by branded lecterns and multiple comfort monitors.

Video delivery was handled through a fully integrated system combining projection and LED, with seamless switching, multiple presentation sources, VT playback, and live camera feeds. A dual-camera setup enabled both live-to-screen and recording, while confidence monitors, cue lighting, and a dedicated playback system ensured smooth content delivery throughout.

Audio was designed to provide clear, even coverage across the room, utilising a large-scale Nexo speaker system supported by subwoofers and front fills. A 16-way radio microphone system with DPA headsets and handheld microphones supported a range of session formats, alongside lectern microphones, playback, and a full talkback system to keep the production team connected.

Breakout Rooms

Multiple breakout spaces were supported with dedicated audio and visual setups, ensuring consistency across the event. Each room was equipped with PA systems and boundary / handheld microphones, allowing for clear discussion and audience participation, while additional 55” display screens supported presentations and content delivery where required.

Registration & Venue Spaces

Beyond the plenary and breakout rooms, the client wanted to transform the wider space so there was no doubt who the event belonged to. To achieve this, we created a custom registration area featuring a 3.6m-wide branded desk surround, along with a matching welcome backdrop.

Digital touchpoints were placed throughout the venue, including plasma pods and signage totems displaying rotating timetables and sponsor content. This was further enhanced with floor-standing uplighters, bringing the space together with a cohesive look and feel.

To complete the experience, we installed bespoke branded entrance archways, creating a clear and impactful arrival point for delegates entering and exiting the conference space.
