We provided full technical and production support for the VCF 2025 event in Amsterdam, helping to bring multiple sessions to life across three meeting rooms. Here’s a look at what we got up to on site.

The main stage was enhanced with a 5400mm × 2200mm tension fabric frame system with a custom-printed backdrop, alongside a mesh lectern with printed insert. This worked seamlessly with the in-house stage to create a professional, branded focal point for presentations.

Audio was supplemented with a 16-channel digital radio microphone system, complete with DPA headsets, belt packs, handhelds and gooseneck microphones, all routed through the existing PA system. A four-channel wireless crew communications package kept the team connected throughout the event. Additional meeting support included boundary microphones and DI boxes across the breakout rooms.

Video production incorporated the in-house equipment alongside a Blackmagic ATEM 2 M/E Constellation switcher, multiple 48” Panasonic monitors, a control laptop, and four laptops for presentations and interactive tools like Slido. Totem displays, monitor hides, and a MasterCue V6 system ensured smooth content playback and speaker confidence.

A dedicated crew handled the full delivery, with an event director, technical manager, sound technician, and video engineer on site from setup through show day and derig.
