Why should you be filming your events?

Why should you be filming your events?

Here at Cypher Media, corporate filming and event management is what we do. Not convinced? Here's why you should be.

1. e-Learning

Videos shot at events and conferences can be a great tool for your employees, whether attendees missed parts of sessions, or were unable to attend at all.

Having a hub where delegates and staff are able to learn new skills via video is a priceless asset for your organisation. Your videos can be shared both internally, via private links and apps, or externally via YouTube, Vimeo and websites.

2. Social Media & Website

Video is a great resource for marketing and social media now, and it's only becoming more popular. According to Cisco by 2022 online videos will make up for more than 82% of all internet consumer traffic, that's 15 times higher than it was in 2017! Your content should be snappy and straight to the point, in 2015 Time Magazine cited a study which explained that our attention span is a mere 8 seconds!

3. Opening & Closing Videos

Opening videos are an extremely effective way of creating excitement and buzz for the upcoming event, it gives your delegates a taste of what's to come and a feel for the city the event is being held in. We're able to create these videos onsite, we often send out our cameraman to shoot bespoke footage to be used in the videos. Closing videos are great because delegates are able to see a taste of everything that's happened through the week.
