Coats are the world's leading Industrial Threads and Consumer Crafts business. They approached Cypher Media to produce and manage their annual management conference. This event brings together 100 senior managers from all over the world. The three day conference culminates in an awards dinner on the final night to celebrate some of the year's achievements.
The venue was the San Clemente Hotel in Venice. Director, Adrian Worrall and his event team designed and built the set including all audio visual requirements for the conference and provided on-site technical support throughout the event.
A conference in Venice brings it's own unique set of challenges, particularly in terms of transporting equipment! A huge lorry, on a barge, making it's way down the Venice Canals is quite a sight!
