We now offer our clients a unique username and password which provides access to a secure area of our site where we can host downloadable content. This is a huge benefit to our clients as it means we can provide a vast array of content of any file size for streaming and download - in the past we would have been limited to the small capacity of email attachments or the lengthy process of posting CDs or DVDs.
In this modern world of high definition video and potentially large file sizes, this will prove to be a popular means of sharing large media files to clients throughout the world.

NEW! Avid Portable Edit Suite
Cypher Media has just invested in a new powerful Dell Vostro 1500 Laptop for our upcoming on-site video editing needs. Coupled with our new XDCAM EX and Avid Liquid, this enables us to quickly and easily edit in full high definition at our events and produce opening and closing videos for our clients.
Banners and large format printing
We can now produce banners and large format, full colour prints in-house. 600mm wide by as long as you like! We can print on canvas, paper, flag fabric and other materials. Water proof and fade resistant.
SENTINEL - new website content management system
SENTINEL is our powerful, in-house solution for the creation of content management driven websites.
We are currently working on two sites for conference attendee registration. In addition to interactive registration forms, the websites contain a substantial amount of information about the event including; conference theme, workshops, social programme, travel & transport, destination & venue details, contacts, videos, images, email, live voting, etc. The only limit is your imagination!
Administrators can have full and independent access to both front and back end functions. They can download attendee details and other data, as well as being able to edit page contents. So no more waiting for webmasters to return your calls! Another powerful feature is that an email is sent automatically to the Admin team when an attendee registers and if/when they modify their registration.
SENTINEL can be used for any type of website - our own website is the perfect example!

We have several edit suites; one desktop Avid Liquid and two further Avid Liquid Laptop portable systems for onsite editing at events and conferences. Our latest addition is powerful 8-core Apple Mac Pro with Final Cut Studio 2 HD.
