We created two videos for Sky's Customer Advisor teams to introduce new IT initiatives - 'Merlin' and 'CAREs'. Hosted by real CAs, the programmes take the viewer on a whistle stop tour of the features and benefits of the new software applications. Locations included Livingston, Dunfermline and Isleworth - seen by land and air!
