The Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford upon Avon commissioned us to produce banners for a Classical Training Conference to be held at the theatre in mid September 2011. We will also supply the stands.

June 2011: Chris and Greg travelled to Madrid with a cameraman to record and edit video material for a Global Financial Services Partner Network Conference. They recorded all of the sessions with 2 of our XDCAM HD cameras and Chris edited an opening video from footage shot on site. We are now editing a number of video clips intended for internal delivery via the web. 

The event was held at the Melia Castilla Hotel.

June 2011: Commissioned by OxfordPharmagenesis, Brian and Adrian managed the voting and PowerPoint content for Shire's Fosrenol session at the 48th congress of ERA-EDTA in Prague.

ERA-EDTA (European Renal Association - European Dialysis and Transplant Association) is one of the fastest growing Medical Associations.  It's purpose is to encourage and to report advances in the field of clinical nephrology, dialysis, renal transplantation and related subjects. It is open to all qualified workers in the field of interest of the Association.

We used 500 voting handsets as part of this interactive session.

June 2011: We were back in Rome at the Hilton Cavilieri Hotel for the Global Financial Services Tax Leaders Meeting 2011 - ‘Consensus and competition – Who dares wins’.

We supplied an attendee registration website, set, stage, AV, voting, banners, graphics, live and recorded video, onsite video editing and, uniquely, 250 iPads - designed to give the attendees an enhanced, interactive conference experience. 

To achieve this, we developed a unique, networked, real-time web application that runs on the Apple iPad. Our application enables networked messaging to other users, real-time group voting sessions, access to supplementary materials and bespoke timetables (based on preferences gathered from the registration website). Users can also ask live questions during sessions, make notes, check their emails and surf the web. We worked closely with Swisscom to provide a robust WiFi network that covered the whole venue and could handle 300 simultaneous users.

The iPads were a huge success and we are already planning another conference for 400 users!
